January 2008: Some minor bugs have been repaired, some notes added, some links (not all) updated.. 
If links to artist biographies etc. are broken or obsolete by now, I suggest you consult WIKIPEDIA.

Some colleagues have asked me why I don't switch to a more modern design using PHP, Flash or CMS like JOOMLA... 
Well, if I change the structure of this Website, more than 5,000 other Websites will end up with broken links...
